Cancellation Policy & Refund Policy

Cancellations accepted up to 48 hours before the scheduled service. Within 48 hours of the styling service, cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled cost.


We stand behind our work and want you to love your hair. If you are not satisified, please contact us within a week to have your service recitified by one of our stylists. We do not issue refunds, as we are commited to fixing any issue to your satisfaction.
